Steve Kenney is a Maine native and Army National Guard veteran who spent 11 years at Tyler Technologies before going full-time in real estate in 2026. After finding the BiggerPockets podcast, he bought his first property in 2022 (a six-unit in Lewiston) and has since grown a portfolio of over 30 rental units across the Lewiston-Auburn area.
 
Today he's a Team Lead with Candor Investment Group and the host of a local real estate investor meetup for the Lewiston-Auburn Maine area. Outside of rentals, Steve takes on flips and spec home builds and he lives in Lewiston with his wife Brooke and their two dogs Lucy and Lenny.
