I’m Sonia Provost, a licensed real estate agent in Massachusetts and a dedicated real
estate investor. My journey in real estate has been shaped by a mix of personal and
professional experiences. As a current homeowner in the Merrimack Valley, I

I’ve owned multiple homes, navigated the ups and downs of the 2008 real estate crash,
and built a portfolio of rental properties and investments.
With a professional background in healthcare, I discovered my passion for real estate in
