I live in Northern Massachusetts with my wife, Kristine, and our children Lily and Lincoln. We love to travel and consider ourselves adventure seekers. We are financially independent and not reliant on real estate commissions to fund our very modest lifestyle. Nothing makes me happier than when I'm able to help people achieve their budgetary goals. I have found that most of my clients' monetary goals revolve around home ownership and so I figure the best way to help is to be their real estate agent. Matt Perimian is an expert in helping clients evaluate and purchase properties in the Greater Boston Area. Matt is a savvy investor himself, and truly enjoys the "art" of making even the most difficult deals come together. 

He is an advocate for helping people reach financial independence through investing in Real Estate. Though he is an excellent candidate for single family homes and smaller multis, Matt truly excels in the larger commercial projects that most wouldn’t dare to enter into! He is a principal owner and an active participant of a very successful syndication company Millennium Holding Group, which has allowed a large group of private investors to collect passive income while growing their portfolios without lifting a finger!

While he has extensive experience in the multi-family & commercial market, Matt is also well-versed in managing contractors & vendors for deals involving construction. This is particularly helpful to investors who purchase the “ugliest property in the neighborhood.” Matt is great at running numbers, visualizing potential, and executing the necessary steps to make the dream a reality for his partners, colleagues, and clients. 

As co-founder of Candor Investment Group, Matt has helped build an extremely successful Real Estate team alongside Jon Bombaci. Matt brings a very unique perspective to the art of any deal and enjoys helping others reach their goals.

Heather started her career in real estate in February of 2019 as a listing transaction coordinator for a large retail team of 40+ agents. She learned the ins-and-outs of listing coordination and absolutely loved the process of listing a home from start to finish - and everything in between! After getting her foot in the door, she got her Real Estate license in MA just before the pandemic. She then switched gears and began working with investors in the wholesaling industry. Now with years of real estate marketing experience under her belt, entering the role of Listing Director / Marketing Manager for Candor Investment Group made perfect sense!

Heather has also stepped up to be the General Manager of our leasing arm of the company - Simplified Rentals! She gets units rented and leasing agents paid fast & efficiently!  

She is a licensed real estate agent in both Massachusetts & New Hampshire. In her free time, she loves to be creative and crafty in her art studio! 

Linda was born and raised in Lowell, MA. She joined the United States Marine Corps in 2004. After her military service, Linda went to UML and graduated with her Masters in Business Administration. During Covid, she was laid off from her position as Human Resources Manager. Linda was able to stop and reflect on what she truly valued and desired for her next career path. She was hired as an Executive Assistant to the Founder of Candor Investment Group and her Real Estate journey began from there. 

Within a year, Linda became a licensed Real Estate agent in both MA and NH. She was able to work with a first time buyer/house-hacker and closed her very first transaction in April 2022.
