Joshua Poitras is a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual with an inspiring story of perseverance and achievement. After studying at UMass Lowell in Criminal Justice and deploying twice, one tour that included Afghanistan 2010-2011. When he came home he became a firefighter. However, due to financial constraints, he needed a second job and decided to explore the world of real estate.

Investment real estate quickly became Joshua's passion, and he has since gained extensive experience in multiple flips, condo conversions, and buying and holding real estate for up to 13 units. He has been able to develop a substantial portfolio that supports his family's lifestyle, and he continues to work hard to expand his real estate skills and knowledge.

Despite his success in real estate, Joshua's ultimate passion is to help people become better everyday. He can be described as hyper-focused on his goals while being motivating to inspire others to achieve their dreams. Devin started her real estate journey just after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts and Science from the University of NM. Devin enrolled in Real Estate classes a couple of weeks before graduating and she and her parents got their real estate licenses and purchased Apartment Locator Service, a rental company in Albuquerque. A couple of years later she married and purchased her first home. She began selling real estate and doing property management for others a year after purchasing the business. Through the years, Devin did many rental placements, lease option sales, managed properties for over 20 years and sold many homes, vacant land and multi family properties.. In 2017, after raising 5 children, house hacking 3 personal homes and helping her husband in ministry as a Pastor’s wife, she was able to purchase her first investment property. By 2019 She and her husband had purchased 3 condos, using one as a long term rental and 2 as Airbnb’s in a mountain resort town in southern New Mexico.

In February of 2019, she and her husband got a call to ministry in Nashua New Hampshire and by September had sold their primary home for a considerable profit and moved to Nashua. Devin quickly got her Real Estate license in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and began working with Candor Realty. In August 2020, Devin purchased her first 3-Family Investment Property. In 2021, Devin was able to help many first time investors begin their multi-family investment journeys. Devin has a passion for helping others make their real estate goals a reality and has had great success in getting offers accepted in a super competitive seller’s market.
