Like many, Andrew started off working in the W2 track and changed careers twice along the way. He obtained numerous certifications and title changes - climbing the ranks of the corporate ladder and always looking for the next high paying job. However, after meeting a few entrepreneurs, reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and self-managing his families 2 family STR/MTR in Hampton, NH -  Andrew had an ephiany. He realized that the rat race of working until you're 65 was not the journey that he wanted to undertake. He decided to start wholesaling, seeking off markets and driving for dollars. This led Andrew to receiving his Real Estate License for NH. 

 

Fast forward a few years - Andrew is currently house hacking a 2-family on Hanover Hill in Manchester, NH with his wife Natalie. Andrew is fortunate enough to be the son of a plumber/electrician and his in-laws  are both real estate professionals. He has a solid network of in-house professionals that helped pave the way for his success. With the tools in place, Andrew has taken the knowledge to the realtor realm of focusing on multi-families in Southern, NH (More specifically, Manchester, Nashua and Rochester). Andrew's expertise lies in creativing financing, finding off market deals, multi-family investing, data driven analysis, STR/MTR strategies and stabilization. Andrew has a passion for teaching others about financial freedom through real estate. His ultimate goal is to help 100+ clients and have over 20 repeat clients during his tenure as a real estate investor/agent. When Andrew is not looking at real estate data or working his W2 - he is most likely relaxing with his wife, fly fishing or playing pickleball/soccer.
